Let's Talk Momentum began with a desire to make the world a better place through help people be the best versions of themselves they could be. We begin with ACT's core values that people are already creative, resourceful, and whole, and coaching is a tool to accessing existing strengths.

The Brown University School of Professional Studies, in partnership with ACT Leadership, offers the Leadership Performance Coaching Certification accredited by the International Coaching Federation. This program brings you the best of both worlds: the high pedagogical integrity that you come to expect from an Ivy League University, combined with real life industry experience provided by ACT Leadership.
Coaching concepts are grounded in developmental psychology, neuroscience, and leadership research, with a curriculum that develops self-awareness alongside practical skills in communication, decision making, leading change, and team effectiveness.
Coaches graduate with 100 hours of coach-specific training, 10 hours of mentor coaching, a certificate from ACT Leadership and Brown SPS, and preparation for the ICF ACC credential.

Our people have completed the Leadership Performance Coaching Certification (LPCC), an ICF Level 1 accredited program delivered by ACT Leadership in partnership with Brown University School of Professional Studies. What's with the Ocean Theme?
Founder Jenna grew up by the ocean in New England and has always found the coastline to be beautiful, inspiring, and energizing. These are pictures that bring her joy, so she's sharing them with you too.
